In terms of imports, the scale of China’s import cross-border e-commerce market (including B2B, B2C, C2C and O2O models) will reach 2.8 trillion yuan in 2020, an increase of 13.36% from the 2.47 trillion yuan in 2019, and the market share is 22.4% . In the context of the continuous increase in the overall scale of domestic online shopping users, Haitao users have also increased. In the same year, the number of imported cross-border e-commerce users in China was 140 million, an increase of 11.99% from 125 million in 2019. As consumption upgrades and domestic demand continues to expand, the scale of import cross-border e-commerce transactions will also release more room for growth.
