Enjoy happy autumn time together!

It pays to be busy and fun to be idle. From 22nd to 23rd August 2024, TouchDisplays organised a two-day autumn outdoor team development activity for the staff to relax and relieve personal pressure, better stimulate the passion for work, improve the team communication ability, cultivate the collective consciousness, and enhance the employees’ sense of responsibility and belonging.

On the morning of August 22, after arriving at the destination, we first held a mobilization meeting in the conference hall. At the beginning of the activity, Yuan Jing, a colleague from the HR Department, introduced the purpose and significance of the team building activity and read out the itinerary; Subsequently, the general manager delivered a passionate speech, during which Guo Li, colleague from the Business Department, was awarded with the prize for dedication and given a bonus of 1,000 yuan. Finally, under the guidance of the team building coach, the warm-up game was carried out, and all members completed the ice-breaking group.

In the afternoon, the team building activities officially began after each team pose display, and successively carried out the hammer, card cloud, concentric Jenga and other games. In the laughter, not only experienced the fun of the game, but also felt the importance of teamwork. Various small games stimulate the team’s vitality, wisdom and sweat intertwined, and the distance between each other in the sound of laughter.

In the evening, everyone sat around the stove and tasted the original rural firewood chicken. Toast to celebrate, the camera fixed every bright smile, bit by bit is the best interpretation of the sense of belonging to the team.

At 8:30 a.m. on August 23, we all took the bus together to set foot on the journey to Qingcheng Mountain. In the quiet mountains, everyone not only experienced the fun of climbing, but also punched in various scenic spots in the mountains and recorded the scenery along the way. Visit Qingcheng Mountain, feel the inner peace and strength in nature. After lunch, all the members took the bus back to the company, and the team building activity came to an end.

The autumn outdoor team building activity was successfully completed with everyone’s active participation, not only bringing us laughter and friendship, but also making us look forward to the days when we will work together in the future. TouchDisplays will be even better with you!
